1, Work with the Director of Finance, Asia to oversee all accounting, financial, taxation, statutory
and treasury matters across 3 offices in China region
2, Participating in month〆nd close deliverables including review and verify the accuracy of journal
entries, accruals, account reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
3,Serve as primary contact for US Order� o〤ash team for all China AR related matters, including
order invoicing, revenue cutoff, VAT invoices issuing, payment application, reconciliations of VAT
and AR aging and other account reconciliation related with AR
4,Work with 3rd party accounting service provider to ensure (VAT, Additional tax, Stamp duty etc. )
compliance with local tax regulation, complete required tax reporting in a timely manner
5, Execute continuous improvement initiatives, and support the simplification and standardization
of AR processes.
6,Collaborate with business partners to effectively deploy new operating processes and controls.
7, Review and maintain annual inspection
1,Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or the related degree
2, 5-7 years relevant experience
3,Technical knowledge of both US and China GAAP revenue rules(preferably in SaaS)
4,Strong problem solving skills with ability to identify pain points and create process improvements
5, Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization
6,Highly proficient in MS office applications: Excel, Power Point and Word.
7, Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills.
